Ok, so the “famous” stars may only be gracing your TV screen but your party food? It will be award-winningfor sure. I’ve collected 12 of my favorite Oscar night party recipes just waiting for your viewing party! Set up an easy viewing party with a gold or red tablecloth, white dishes, and these delicious dishes.

Oscars Party Recipes

Sprinkle Bakes never ceases to amaze me with her styling and photography. These Champagne Chantilly Shooters are just gorgeous and would make a fabulous addition to any Oscars viewing party. Just look at those cute gold stars on striped straws?! Just darling. Pass me 1… or 3! Get the recipe from Sprinkle Bakes here.

Despite the fact that my perfect party could contain only sugary sweets, the world does need savory food. At least make it cute, like these Smoked Salmon and Cream Cheese Cucumber Bites from Baker By Nature. They’re the perfect size for a canapé plus the little bamboo skewers make them easy to pick up. They look so fancy too, a must for Oscars party food!

Star-shaped food is the perfect fit for the Oscars. If you missed my Cinnamon Sugar Stars with Chocolate Dipping Sauce earlier this week, ta-da! They literally are made in minutes and oh so delicious. If you have kids, these are a great treat because they can help use the cookie cutter to make the star shapes and sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugar. These will definitely be gracing my award show treat table this year.

This cute appetizer is just too perfect for the Oscars! Little tuxedos made from cheese wedges on top of a cracker make it easy and delicious for your viewing party crowd. This is another kid favorite! How clever? Click here for the full recipe + details. Now I want to “tuxedo” all my little appetizers!

While technically dubbed “football food”, I think these Mini Loaded Baked Potatoes deserve a nomination for best appetizer. I know for me personally, my husband likes a little more substantial food than just cookies, crackers, and co*cktails. So if you want to serve up something a bit more hearty, then these cute little loaded potatoes are the perfect recipe. Serve them up on a fancy silver platter or tray. Delish!

I just love this “fancied up” TV food. The classic ridged potato chips are given a little dose of fun with a chocolate dipping making them the perfect sweet and salty combo for your Oscars party! Fill bags or small containers with these andpass around to guests. See more pics and details from Spoon Fork Bacon.

No viewing party is complete without at least one champagne co*cktail! I love this easy and delicious St. Germain and Champagne co*cktail from Kitchen Konfidence. It’s only two ingredients, tastes amazing, and the co*cktail is the perfect goldish hue for your Oscars night. Tie a black bow tie style ribbon around the rims for a cutesy “tuxedo” too! Cheers!

I’ve used cookie cutters to create fun shaped tortilla chips before but these are just fabulous! If you’d like to opt for traditional crowd-pleasing guacamole and chips for your Oscars viewing party, give it a star-studded twist like these from Not Martha! It’s amazing how such a little touch can transform ordinary snack food into fabulous award-show fare!

And the award goes too….these amazing Oscar Statue Sugar Cookies by the oh so talented Bakerella. Holy amazingness, right? These are just too fabulous. So if you want to tap into your inner baking goddess, then grab the ingredients and make these cookies! You could even combine your viewing party with a sugar cookie decorating party and have one fabulously delishevening!

I am absolutely in love with this Oscar Party Popcorn from Honestly Yum. Look at that edible gold leaf? The chocolate clusters, the pretzels, the popcorn, the mini peanut butter cups… perfection! This is perfect for the kids yet glitzed up for Oscars. I love that you can personalize it to your favorite candies and flavors. Who knew popcorn could look so fancy, right? It’s definitely red carpet ready ;)

It’s a mouthful – Prosciutto Wrapped Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates – but Recipe Runner got it write with this easy and delicious appetizer. It’s another simple yet fancied up canapé that will make a perfect addition to your viewing party menu. It’s the perfect blend of sweet and salty and totally addictive. Remember, easy “pick up” foods are great for parties!
