How to make it:

  1. Peel and trim the ginger root. Slice the root into spears (approx. 4″x 1/2″ x 1/2″) to use as a stir stick for your drink.
  2. Add the ice cubes, lime juice, ginger ale, and sparkling water into a glass and stir well.

How to make it:

  1. Throw the ice cubes in a cup along with the lime slice.
