BSNL Selfcare mobile app to help users recharge and more


Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has launched a new mobile application called “BSNL Selfcare” which will help users to top up, check balance etc. This app will be a big step up from the current ‘My BSNL App’ which lacks a decent user interface (UI) and also doesn’t work properly. The My BSNL app has a rating of 2.8 in the Google Play Store with 1 crore + downloads. To be honest, the new ‘BSNL Selfcare’ mobile app looks a lot like the Vodafone Idea mobile app. Here’s all you can do with the BSNL app.

Features of the BSNL Selfcare app

With the BSNL Selfcare mobile app, users can check their current balance, top up from anywhere and anytime, and also see the remaining benefits offered by their current plan. The application very easily displays the remaining data for the day. Users can change plans, add a balance, top up new services, all with the BSNL Selfcare app.

The user interface of this app is much smoother than the existing “My BSNL App” app which looks like an app built in the 2000s. Additionally, users can add and manage multiple BSNL numbers, including their top connections. debit, the numbers of their relatives, etc.

All of the top-up plans available on the state telephone company’s website are present in this app. This ensures that users don’t have to go anywhere for their next top-up, but have direct access to the BSNL Selfcare mobile app.

The app also highlights the expiration of the user’s existing recharge plan. This helps the user to think in advance which plan they want to top up with and also allows them to check if their family members including the cell phone number of their father, mother or brother are recharged at the right time so they never have to deal with connectivity issues. Better late than never, BSNL has released a new mobile app that will transform the way people consume its services.
