Step 1: Log in to WebCampus using your NetID and password.


2nd step: Go to the PointSolutions registration page.

In the “Global Navigation Menu”, click on the “Account” icon/link and click on “Account Registration Activation”. PLEASE NOTE: PointSolutions by Echo360 is formerly Turning by Turning Technologies. You may always see references to TurningPoint in the provided documentation. You will be redirected to the PointSolutions account registration/login page.

Or, if your instructor has enabled the account sign-up link in your course, you can find it in the course menu.

Step 3: Create and link your PointSolutions account.

On the PointSolutions account login page, your email address will automatically fill in the required field.

If you do not have a PointSolutions or Turning account. To create a PointSolutions account, enter your UNR email (highly recommended) and click on Next. A verification email will be sent to the email address you entered (check the Spam folder if you don’t see the verification email in the inbox). Click the verification link in the email to complete the registration process. Be sure to choose “Participant” as the role.

If you already have a PointSolutions or Turning account. Enter the email address and click Login to log in to your account. This will link your PointSolutions account to WebCampus and sync your class attendance notes. Once your accounts are linked, proceed to Step 5: Check your subscription.

*REMARK: Your university-issued student email address ([email protected]) is not required. However, using your student email address allows you to purchase a one-year subscription at a discounted price ($15 per year). You can change your email address after creating and logging in to your PointSolutions account.


Step 4: Buy a subscription.

After completing the registration process, you will begin the process of purchasing a subscription. Click on let’s start Continue.

You will see subscription options on the next screen. If you purchased a scratch card from the Wolf Shop, enter subscription code. Other select a new subscription option. Note that if you used your student email address, you will only see the $15 purchase option. Make your choice and click Next.

On the next screen, choose “I will only use my mobile device.” Click on Next and you will be taken to the shopping cart, then Next to continue the process and purchase the subscription.

Step 5: Check your subscription.

To check the subscription status, log in to your PointSolutions account and access your profile by clicking on the User icon in the menu at the top of the screen, then Profile.

On your PointSolutions profile page, you will see your subscriptions, support, response devices, and learning management systems.

Subscriptions: You can see the status of your subscription with expiration dates. If you do not have a subscription or if your subscription has expired, click on the Add or buy a subscription button. On the pop-up screen, click the Go buy a subscription button to continue shopping.

Support: You will have the option to add Fast Pass to your account, giving you access to premium customer support.

Response devices: You will see your account ID. You will use your smart device or computer as a virtual clicker to participate in survey activities.

Learning management systems: You should see a green checkmark for Canvas, indicating that your WebCampus account is connected to your PointSolutions account.

You are now ready to participate in class survey activities.
